I would recommend going to Lago de Regatas; it's a bit calmer than Bosques de Palermo or El Rosedal. A good coffee shop is Manifiesto in Belgrano or Blanca Café! Hope this helps! :)

There's this cafe/restaurant called "Invernadero" that is kinda hidden in the garden of the National Library "Mariano Moreno" at Recoleta. It's super classy, simple, and since it's in the middle of a garden it has a fresh quiet vibe.
